# Erro de envio de mensagem no Whatsapp, o que fazer?

### Assista o vídeo abaixo para solucionar problemas de envio de mensagem na integração com Whatsapp:

### Para Desinstalar o aplicativo do Whatsapp, siga as orientações abaixo:

### 1 - Abra o aplicativo do Whatsapp, clique no ícone das configurações (acima da sua foto de perfil no canto inferior da tela) em seguida GERAL > DESCONECTAR, conforme imagem abaixo:

### 2 - Em seguida na aba de pesquisa do INICIAR do Windows busque pela palavra "WHA" e clique em DESINSTALAR conforme imagem abaixo:

### 3- Feito isso, basta acessar o sistema novamente , clicar sobre o ícone de envio do Whatsapp e enviar a mensagem pelo Whatsapp Web confome demonstado no vídeo.
