# Como emitir NF-e modelo 55 de e-Commerce no sistema Phibo

#### ,1- Acesse VENDAS > PDV VENDA C/ NFE, conforme imagem abaixo:

**Importante: Esse modelo de nota sempre exigirá&#x20;**<mark style="color:$warning;">**CPF**</mark>**&#x20;e endereço completo do cliente dentro do cadastro. E no caso de pessoa Jurídica, deverá conter o&#x20;**<mark style="color:$warning;">**CNPJ**</mark>**, Razão Socia, Inscrição Estadual e endereço completo.**

#### 2-  Agora que você já está na tela de emissão de NF-e, preencha o vendedor, o cliente, selecione o produto e efetue o recebimento.

#### 3- Após efetuar o recebimento, clique na aba "TRANSPORTE" para informar a forma de frete dessa nota. Se não houver, basta selecionar a opção "sem frete". Em seguida clicar em "CONCLUIR VENDA"

**Se a modalidade de frete utilizada for a transportadora, você deverá informar o CNPJ, razão social, IE e endereço dessa transportadora. E pra todas as modalidades ( exceto "sem frete") o peso e espécie dos volumes transportados deverão ser informados.**

#### 4 - Prontinho, sua nota fiscal foi emitida! Para baixar o pdf ou xml dela acesse VENDAS > RELAÇÃO DE VENDAS > DIA DA VENDA e clique sobre o ícone da NF conforme imagem abaixo:

#### 5 - Após clicar no ícone ao lado da lixeira, abrirá uma nova janela, onde você poderá baixar o xml, pdf ou enviar a nota via email ou whatsapp para seu cliente:

**ATENÇÃO! Se o ícone da NFe não aparecer nessa tela, significa que sua nota ficou PENDENTE e não foi emitida. Para solucionar o problema, entre em contato com o suporte.**
