# Como definir as metas para os vendedores

### Definindo a Meta Mensal da Loja

Para definir quais serão as metas mensais, basta ir na tela VENDAS > META DE VENDAS > DEFINIR META VENDAS MENSAL:

Preencha os campos destacados na imagem e clique em "Salvar". Caso seja preciso editar alguma meta, basta clicar no ícone destacado na imagem como "EDITAR", ao lado, o ícone de "EXCLUIR".

### Como distribuir a meta entre os vendedores

Após definir a meta mensal, você poderá definir a meta individual de cada vendedor no mês em questão. \
Para isso, basta ir em VENDAS > META DE VENDAS > DEFINIR META VENDEDOR:

Selecione o vendedor, coloque a meta que ele precisa bater e por fim, clique em "INCLUIR": <br>

**IMPORTANTE:** Para que a meta fique devidamente distribuída, a somatória das metas dos vendedores deve dar o valor total da meta geral.&#x20;

### Como colocar os bônus do vendedor se ele bater a meta

Por fim, você poderá definir o bônus que o vendedor receberá ao bater a meta. Vá em VENDAS > VENDEDORES > CADASTRAR VENDEDOR:

Nessa tela, selecione o vendedor através do ícone de edição destacado à direita na imagem - ou crie um novo. Utilize o campo "Valor" para informar a bonificação e o campo "Meta" para informar a porcentagem da meta que irá gerar a bonificação.&#x20;
