# Como verificar a porta USB da impressora configurada

E possível alternar entre as portas configuradas no Windows para uma impressora.

Importante: Se selecionar a porta errada, não é possível imprimir. Selecione a porta correta e sempre faça um teste de impressão.

Por exemplo, ao selecionar a porta USBXXX e ao enviar uma impressão de teste não sair, será preciso alterar para uma outra porta USBXXX disponível.

Abra o PAINEL DE CONTROLE.

Clique no botão iniciar do Windows.

Depois digite “Painel de controle” e clique em abrir.

Acesse a opção EXIBIR IMPRESSORAS E DISPOSITIVOS.

Selecione a opção de Exibir por: “Categoria” e depois clique em HARDWARE E SONS.

1\.      Clique na opção DISPOSITIVOS E IMPRESSORA.

Clique com o botão direito no ícone da impressora e clique em Propriedades de impressora.

Selecione o separador Portas para verificar qual a porta de impressão que está selecionada.

As portas de impressão selecionadas na coluna de portas estão disponíveis. Pode verificar o tipo de porta em Descrição.
